Payment information
When you pay online, your card details are entered on the secure payment page and handled by our payment provider over the KNET network. We do not see or store your full card number. We receive only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded, along with a reference for the order.

Like most websites, we collect some technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use this to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

Text messages
When you book, we send booking confirmations and trip information by SMS to the phone number you give us, through a licensed SMS provider. These messages are about your booking. We do not sell your phone number or use it for unrelated marketing.

Some pages include content from other services, such as maps and an Instagram feed, which may set their own cookies. Our bookings are made by adults. Passengers under 18 are welcome on a trip when accompanied by a parent or guardian, but the website and booking process are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
